These Terms & Conditions apply when you browse Make It Your, submit information, create an order or use services available through the store. By using the store, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from it.

Store use

You must use the store lawfully and provide accurate information. You must not interfere with the store, misuse its content, attempt unauthorised access or use it for fraudulent activity.

Product information

We aim to present product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colours, options and images clearly. Screens can display colour differently, and handmade or customised items may have reasonable variations. Review the product page before ordering.

Personalisation

You are responsible for checking names, spelling, dates, sizes, symbols and other personalisation details before submitting an order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed once personalisation or fulfilment begins.

Prices and payment

Prices for the UAE storefront are displayed in AED unless stated otherwise. Applicable delivery charges and the total payable are shown at checkout. Payment must be authorised by an available payment method before an order can be processed.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may contact you for clarification or cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, information is incomplete, a pricing or technical error occurred, or fraud or misuse is suspected.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery is governed by the Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by events outside our reasonable control.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Requests are governed by the Cancellation and Refunds page. Personalised items may have different cancellation and return conditions from non-personalised goods.

Intellectual property

Store text, branding, graphics, layout and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the store for personal shopping but may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission.

Third-party services and links

The store may rely on Shopify and other providers or link to third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply when you use those services.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
