Processing and delivery

Orders may be prepared and shipped by our fulfilment partners. Estimated delivery is 8–14 days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Delivery charges

Available delivery options and applicable charges are shown at checkout based on the order and destination. Review the checkout total before paying.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, the tracking details or link will be included with the shipping notification. Tracking can take time to show its first update after dispatch.

Separate parcels

Items in the same order may be fulfilled separately. If that happens, available tracking information will be provided for each parcel.

Address changes

Contact us as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee a change once fulfilment has begun or the order has been dispatched.

Possible delays

Customs checks, local delivery conditions, peak periods, weather and other events outside our control can affect delivery. We will use the shipment information available to help with an order-specific query.
